Mentorships can help facilitate skill and career development for both mentors and mentees. Successful mentorships help mentors improve their professional and communicative skills. For mentees, mentorships provide new opportunities, networks, and industry experiences.

This course focuses on the value of mentorships in the evolution of our workforce. It offers strategies for advancing inclusive mentorships. It also provides an overview of the MentorAbility Canada initiative and how it can support organizations in delivering successful mentorships.
