The Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE) is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information you may provide when visiting our website. Personal information refers to information about an identifiable individual but excludes certain business contact information, specifically name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

Learning and Development Privacy Policy

The CASE Learning Portal uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for the purpose of providing technical support and improving your learning experience. These applications allow us to fix errors before you experience them. We do not share, sell, or monetize your personal information or use it for any other purpose.

Using the above applications allows us to view JavaScript errors, screen recordings, and heat maps. We can also see your approximate city, operating system, name and version of web browser, screen resolution and the pages you visit the most. We cannot see your username or password.

Opt Out

To opt out of Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, download the Brave browser from https://brave.com. By default, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics will be blocked.
