Learning Outcomes  

This course offers a foundational understanding of the strengths-based approach which focuses on career development professionals and job seekers working together to identify the job seekers’ skills and career goals. When applied intentionally, this approach leads to successful employment matches and enhanced employment stability, self-esteem, and self-reliance for clients with various lived experiences, including disability.
