Hi

Welcome to the MentorAbility Portal

Our Network

MentorAbility Canada is an initiative coordinated by the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE) and funded through the Government of Canada’s Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities.

Through a national network of employment service providers and community partners, MentorAbility connects job seekers who experience disability with short-term mentorship opportunities in their field of interest. These mentorship experiences help individuals explore career options, build professional networks, and develop the skills and confidence needed for employment success.

The MentorAbility Portal offers mentorship facilitators access to training, resources, and tools they need to coordinate meaningful mentorship matches, organize and promote events, and share impactful experience stories. Whether you are an experienced facilitator or just starting in your role, the portal will help you stay connected, share best practices, and access everything you need in one place to make each mentorship a success.
