Review and share the resource linked below with your team and contacts who may be interested in becoming MentorAbility partners. It provides information on how to become a MentorAbility Partner and join a national network of employment organizations working toward employment inclusion!

For Employers

Interested in supporting employers to build a more inclusive workplace? Encourage them to become a MentorAbility partner and offer their staff opportunities to become a mentor!

Participating employers receive support from Mentorship Facilitators like you as well as mentorship resources. Download the information sheet below to share with interested employers.

For Mentees

Discover MentorAbility Hubs

MentorAbility Hubs are key in coordinating the MentorAbility initiative across all provinces and territories in Canada. They bring together employers, service providers, and job seekers to facilitate short-term mentorships to improve workforce diversity and employment inclusion.

Each Hub is represented by a Hub Coordinator will be are your first connection point to become involved and participate in MA events and access resources.
